Johanson Engineering professionals have experience with creating feasible Site Plans that implement various project needs including, topographical concerns, traffic access, UDOT guidelines, and general site access needs.
We are familiar with local regulations and are able to effectively design these concerns into our Site Plans. Experience in Site Planning includes involvement with townhome developments, urban residential developments, roadway design and grading, industrial trucking facilities, UDOT access, and storage units.
We regularly team up with architects and other interdisciplinary teams to fully integrate all design elements into a well thought out Site Plans. We also regularly work with clients to create options for site planning.
